Rib Cookoff

The DSA will provide 4 racks of pork ribs per contestant. Participants will cook/season ribs any method they choose.

Thursday/Friday 5/11 - 5/12

Participants drop their own BBQs off at the DSA and pick up your ribs.

Saturday 5/13

Cook 'em up at the Hall!

Judging begins at 3pm!

The DSA is also hosting a crawfish boil and beer tasting from Martinez's own Five Suns Brewery, Canyon Club Brewery from Moraga and Side Gate Brewery from Concord! Friends and families welcome to join us for BBQ, crawfish and brews.
